Thanks to your generous support, the 5th Annual Howie Levy 5K raised over $25,000 for camp scholarships at the Mid Island Y and to support research at the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.

Howie Levy spent many summers as a dedicated employee of the Mid-Island Y JCC Summer Camp. Sadly, we lost Howie to Pancreatic Cancer in 2009. In his memory, we will be holding the Howie Levy Cross Country 5K.

Funds raised from this event will go towards the Howie Levy Camp Scholarship Fund at the Mid-Island Y JCC and the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.

Immediately following will be fun activities for the entire family: T-Shirt, Food, Craft Beer, Music, Inflatables, Raffles, Prizes, Awards, Complimentary CRAFT BEER TASTING (must be 21+) after the 5K! Need a place for the kids to go while you run...no worries....we have FREE BABYSITTING!
